RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. 
Items must be unused and in original packaging.

REFUNDS

refund within 3-5 business days back to your

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrived damaged, email us a photo 
within 7 days and we'll send a replacement or 
full refund immediately — no return needed.

NON-REFUNDABLE
Opened skincare products are non-refundable 
unless damaged or defective.
